Kvadrant Consulting is seeking Management Consultants with experience in Commercial Due Diligence and Value Realization programs for PE owned companies

About the role

As a Management Consultant at Kvadrant Consulting, you will work closely with a partner to advise investors and management teams on commercial strategies throughout the full ownership lifecycle. This includes target identification, commercial due diligence (both buy and sell-side), and post-acquisition value realization.

Your primary tasks include:

  • Conducting market assessments, competitor benchmarking, and customer analysis to support investment decisions.
  • Performing commercial due diligence and identifying value creation opportunities.
  • Developing commercial strategies and post-acquisition growth plans.
  • Facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders on key commercial insights.
  • Supporting implementation of strategic commercial changes and tracking performance.

Who we are looking for​

You are a high performer with strong analytical and commercial acumen. You enjoy working in small, dynamic teams and have a proactive, results-driven mindset. 

You are eager to help investors and B2B companies realize their full commercial potential.

The ideal candidate:

  • Has at least two years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or an in-house consulting role.
  • Holds a master’s degree with outstanding results.
  • Possesses strong analytical, strategic, and commercial skills.
  • Can engage with and advise senior leaders with confidence and empathy.
  • Thrives in the intersection of strategy, operations, and commercial excellence.
  • Is entrepreneurial, autonomous, and self-driven.
